the breakfast had a good selection of food, it was actually quite alright.

The staff wasn't friendly at all. I called the reception for assistance for five minutes, but no one answered. then, i discovered both receptionists outside smoking together!!! no apology was offered. It was shocking.

I found the location very convenient. The hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast had a great choice. I also appreciated that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning wasnt working very well. I did not find a fan in the room. The lighting in the room was poor and I think the rooms are dated. they ran out of coffee pods.

The breakfast included flavors from hungarian and international cuisine and all were excellent. I had a small issue opening the window in a higher floor room, but it was immediately resolved in the evening. I received another larger room downstairs where the window could be opened easily.

The location was excellent (very central). The breakfast had a good variety of food. I also appreciated the friendly staff, always ready to assist with any request. The check-in process was efficient and quick.

The room was quite hot, even with the AC running at full power. I found the pillows too big and uncomfortable (i could not sleep well).
